| 摘 要： | ３０例慢性乙型肝炎患者中，有５３．３％的病人用ＰＣＲ可从清和白细胞中检测出ＨＢＶ－ＤＮＡ；ＨＢｅＡｇ阳性和抗－ＮＢｃ－ＩｇＭ阳性的患者１００％可以检出ＨＢＶ－ＤＮＡ，而仅抗－ＨＢｃ－ＩｇＭ阳性的患者ＨＢＶ－ＤＮＡ的检出率为６６．７％。１３例乙肝血清学复制标志阴性的病人中有５例（３８．５％）也可检测出ＨＢＶ－ＤＮＡ。在ＨＢｓＡｇ转阴的３例病人中有１例可从白细胞中检测出ＨＢＶ－ＤＮＡ。

| Abstract: | positive rate
of 53.3% was detected for HBV-DNA in serum and WBC in 30 cases ofchronic hepatits B. In the
cases whose HBeAg and anti-HBc(IgM ) were both positive,HBV-DNA was found to be
l00%,while in cases where only anti-HBc(IgM) was positiye,HBV-DNA was 66.7%; Five of
l3(38.5%)cases,whose the serological markers of HBVreplication were negative, HBV-DNA were
positive in WBC and in serum,This showed thatthere is a correlation between the serological
markers of HBV replication and HBV-DNA de-tection of the later was more sensitive than the
detection of serological markers of HBVreplication, One of 3 cases, whose HBsAg became
negative,were positive for HBV-DNA inWBC,This indicates that the detection of the presence of
HBV-DNA in leukocyte is an im-portant means in judging the infectivity of the patients of
hepatitis B even though the serurnHBV-DNA and HBsAg were become negative. |
