广州旧城区院前急救猝死302例分析

目的:研究旧城区院前猝死发病特点,以提高院前急救心肺复苏成功率.方法:回顾性分析2008年5月至2010年5月旧城区院前猝死302例的临床资料.结果:广州旧城区院前猝死病例以≥70岁老年人多见,好发于秋冬季节,起病以昏迷、呼吸困难、晕厥多见,复苏成功率低.结论:旧城区院前急救需要重视高发季节及相关主诉,院前复苏成功率低可能还与老年人器官功能衰退及家属消极复苏态度相关,应进行早期干预及综合性防治.

Analysis of 302 Patients with Prehospital Sudden Death in Old Town of Guangzhou

Objective： To investigate the feature of patient with prehospital sudden death in old town to improve the ratio of success of cardio puhnonary resuscitation （CPR）. Methods： The clinical data of 302 patients with prehospital sudden death were analyzed retrospectively from May 2008 to May 2010. Results： The patients with prehospital sudden death in old town were common of older than 70 years and more frequently in autumn and winter seasons. The first three chief complaints were coma, dyspnea and syncope. The ratio of success of CPR was low. Conclusion： We should pay more attention to the related complaints and seasons during the prehospital aid. The high mortality of sudden death may have something to do with the hypofunction of the aged, negative attitude of family members as well. Early intervention and comprehensive treatment are suggested.
