| 摘 要： | 目的探讨筋膜扩张器联合简易针形电极内切开治疗尿道狭窄的技术可行性和疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2003年7月至2010年6月应用筋膜扩张器,必要时联用简易针形电极内切开治疗38例尿道狭窄患者的临床资料。结果 38例患者一次性手术成功,无严重出血、尿瘘、尿失禁等并发症发生。36例患者获得随访,随访1年,35例患者排尿均通畅,一例行耻骨上膀胱造瘘。结论筋膜扩张器联合简易针形电极内切开治疗非长段尿道狭窄技术可行,操作简单,安全有效,值得在基层医院推广应用。
