| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the the methods and clinical value of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) for calculus incarcerated cholecystitis.Methods From January 2005 to January 2010,the clinical data of 52 cases with calculus incarcerated cholecystitis received LC were analysed retrospectively.Results In the 49 of 52 cases,the laparoscopic cholecystectomic were performed smoothly.The average operative time was 105 minutes(90-160 minutes).The 3 cases were transferred to open surgery,including 1 case Mirizzi symd... |
