摘    要:目的:探讨急性缺血性脑卒中患者血浆白介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)水平与循环内皮祖细胞(EPCs)的关系.方法:选择2008年9月至2010年6月在我科经头颅CT证实诊断的急性缺血性脑卒中患者56例为研究组,以同期门诊健康体检者30例为对照组.检测两组就诊时IL-6、hsCRP及循环EPCs水平.结果:研究组血浆IL-6、hsCRP及循环EPCs水平均明显高于对照组,P < 0.05;研究组患者IL-6、hsCRP与循环EPCs存在正相关,其相关系数分别为(r = 0.367,P = 0.030)及(r = 0.429,P = 0.016).结论:在急性缺血性脑卒中患者中,在炎症损伤反应水平升高的同时,循环EPCs可能作为一种保护机制,其水平亦相应升高.

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the relationship between endothelial progenitor cells and inflammatory factors (IL-6 and hsCRP) in patients with acute isehemic stroke. Methods: 56 patients with acute ischemic stroke diagnosed by computer tomography as research group and 30 health persons as control group were observed from Sep. 2008 to Jun.2010. The levels of IL-6, hsCRP and circulating EPCs were examined in the both group. Results: The levels of IL-6, hsCRP and circulating EPCs were significantly increased in research group than those in the control group,P〈0.05. There were positive correlation between IL-6, hsCRP and circulating EPCs, the correlation coefficient were r=0.367(P=0.030) and r= 0.429(P=0.016) respectively. Conclusion: Circulating EPCs might be an auto-protect mechanism in patients with acute ischemic stroke. The levels of circulating EPCs significantly increased as well as the levels of IL-6 and hsCRP.
