急诊经皮冠脉介入治疗急性心肌梗死138例临床分析

目的:探讨急诊经皮冠脉介入治疗(PCI)急性心肌梗死(AMI)的疗效和安全性.方法:回顾性分析2008年1月至2010年6月收治的发病12 h内或超过12 h但仍有胸痛伴ST段抬高的AMI或有胸痛12 h内伴完全性左束支传导阻滞患者138例行急诊PCI术的临床资料,观察梗死相关血管(IRA)再通率,TIMI血流III级及无复流发生率、住院病死率、并发症.结果:IRA再通率为99.3% ,TIMI血流III级130例,无复流1例,TIMI血流Ⅱ级7例,无术中死亡病例,术后死亡2例.结论:急诊PCI治疗急性心肌梗死安全有效.

Clinical Analysis of 138 Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction Treated by Emergency Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

Objective：To investigate the safety and effect of emergency percutaneous coronary intervention （EPCI） with acute myocardial infarction （AMI）. Methods： The clinic data of 138 patients with emergency admission for chest pain from Jan 2008 to Jun 2010 were analyzed retrospectively, including those had AMI or chest pain with complete left bundle branch block within 12 hours,and those over 12 hours but still had pain and ST elevation of ECG. Recanalization ratio of intarct-related artery（IRA）, incidence of TIMI IIl blood flow and non reflow, mortality rate, and incidence of complication were observed. Results： Reeanalization ratio of IRA was 99.3%. 130 cases had TIMI Ⅲ blood flow.Only 1 case had non reflow and 7 cases had TIMI II blood flow. No case died during the operation, however, 2 cases died after the PCI. Conclusion： It is safe and effective to treat patients with AM1 by EPCI.
