| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究绝经后骨质疏松症与血清IL - 6 ,雌二醇浓度关系。方法 :选择绝经后骨质疏松患者 36例 ,采用Elisa及放免法分别检测其血清中IL - 6 ,雌二醇水平 ,并与正常妇女对照。结果 :绝经后骨质疏松症患者雌激素显著低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,IL - 6水平较正常组明显升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,且与骨密度呈负相关。结论 :绝经后雌激素减少 ,导致末梢血单核细胞产生过量的IL - 6细胞因子 ,而IL - 6过量分泌会刺激破骨细胞性骨吸收活性 ,导致骨质疏松的发生

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the relationship between postmenopause osteoporosis, and IL_6 in serum and estradiol.Methods: 36 cases of postmenopause esteoporosis were selected, Elisa and Radioimmunoassay were used to determine the level of IL_6 in serum and estrodiol, then the results were compared with those of the control group. Results: Estrogen of the Patients with postmenopause esteoporosis was much lower and the level of IL_6 was much higher (P<0.01) than those of normal women (P<0.01) .Conclusion: The decrease of postmenopause estrogen may results in that more IL_6 ceu factors are produced in the mono_cells of the extremity blood, while more IL_6 secretion may stimulate the osteo_absorption activity of osteoblast, which leads to osteoporosis. |
