支气管哮喘患者血浆内皮素测定及其临床意义

目的　评价支气管哮喘患者血浆内皮素水平及其临床意义。方法　测定 3 1例支气管哮喘患者急性发作期及其中 2 6例临床缓解期的血浆内皮素水平 ,同时测定急性发作期患者血氧分压变化情况。结果　支气管哮喘急性发作期血浆内皮素水平显著高于临床缓解期和正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,血浆内皮素水平同血氧分压呈显著负相关 (r =— 0 .78,P <0 .0 1) ;临床缓解期血浆内皮素水平同正常对照组相比无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　支气管哮喘急性发作期血浆内皮素水平显著增高 ,其水平可以作为判断病情严重程度的一项有效指标。

The Level of Plasma Endothelins in Patients with Bronchial Asthma and Its Clinical Significance

Objectives To evaluate the level of endothelins in patients with bronchial asthma and its clinical significance. Methods The levels of plasma endothelins in thirty-one patients with asthma were estimated, the partial pressure of oxygen was also detected simultaneously during acute episode. Among the 31 patients, the concentration of endothelins was estimated again during remission in 26 patients. The concentration of endothelins was estimated in twenty control subjects. Results The level of endothelins in patients during acute episode was higher than that in patients during remission and controls (P<0.01). The difference of endothelins concentration between patients during remission and controls was no significant (P>0.05). It was negative correlation between endothelins concentration and partial pressure of oxygen in patients during acute episode (P<0.01). Conclusions The levels of endothelins in patients with asthma were increased along with the exacerbation of disease, it could be used to evaluate the severity of asthma.
