新生儿吸乳行为对母亲的影响研究

目的探讨新生儿吸乳行为对母亲的影响,探索更适合母亲的个性化护理。方法根据巴恩斯对新生儿吸乳行为分型,观察各型态新生儿母亲的行为、乳汁量充足时间、哺乳并发症,统计采用SPSS 6.0统计软件进行F检验、q检验。结果各型新生儿的母亲行为不同、乳汁量充足时间也不同,经统计分析,差异有统计学意义。结论新生儿吸乳行为有多种型态,且不同的型态对母亲产生不同的影响,在护理新生儿母亲的过程中,应充分体现整体护理的人文精神,尊重母婴的个体行为,采取针对性护理措施,以更好的满足母婴需求,利于母亲身体健康。

Study on influence of neonate''''s sucking behavior on mother

Objective To explore the influence of neonate,s behavior of sucking breast-milk on his/her mother in order to research more suitable individual nursing for the mothers.Methods Neonates' sucking behaviors were classified as stringent type,excited type,degustation type,resting type,delayed type by the means of Barns's method.Meanwhile,indexes such as mother's behavior of each type neonates,the time of adequate amount of breast milk and complications were observed.F test and q test were conducted by SPSS 6.0.Results There were significant differences among each type neonates in their mothers' behaviors and the time of adequate amount of breast milk.Conclusions There are many kinds of neonate' s behavior of sucking breast milk and different types have different influence on the mothers.In the course of caring the mothers,we should respect the behaviors of the mothers and their infant,and adopt effective methods to meet their needs,which will be good for the mothers' health.
