血清甲胎蛋白、α-L-岩藻糖苷酶和肿瘤相关物质联合检测对原发性肝癌的诊断价值

目的对原发性肝癌同时检测甲胎蛋白(AFP)、αL岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)和肿瘤相关物质(TSGF),探讨该3项肿瘤标志物对原发性肝癌的诊断价值及联合检测的临床意义。方法健康对照组30例,原发性肝癌组62例,均同时检测AFP、AFU、TSGF。结果原发性肝癌组AFU、TSGF和对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。AFP、AFU、TSGF单独检测时的敏感性分别为67.7%、77.4%和80.6%,三者联合检测敏感性为96.8%,血清AFP阴性标本AFU、TSGF的敏感性分别为68.2%和71.2%。结论在原发性肝癌的早期诊断中,AFU、TSGF具有较高的敏感性,与AFP互为补充,联合检测可以提高原发性肝癌的诊断率。

Diagnostic value of determining AFP, AFU and TSGF in patients with primary hepatic carcinoma

Objective To explore the diagnostic value and clinical significance of simultaneous detection of AFP,AFU and TSGF in patients with primary hepatic carcinoma(PHC).Methods Serum AFP,AFU and TSGF were detected simultaneously in 62 patients with PHC and 30 controls.Results The levels of AFU and TSGF in primary hepatic carcinoma were all significantly higher than that of controls(P<0.01),the sensitivity of AFP,AFU and TSGF for PHC was 67.7%,77.4% and 80.6% respectively,the sensitivity of combined detection of AFP,AFU and TSGF was 96.8%.The sensitivity of AFU and TSGF was 68.2% and 71.2% in the negative samples judged with AFP.Conclusion In the process of early diagnosis of primary hepatic carcinoma,the sensitivity of AFU and TSGF are higher,complementary to AFP mutually.Combination of AFP,AFU and TSGF might increase the diagnostic sensitivity for the primary hepatic carcinoma.
