| 摘 要： | 目的探索康复期精神分裂症心理干预的方法与疗效。方法以简明精神病量袁(BPRS)和护士用住院病人观察量表(NOSIE)为量化指标．对16例患者进行心理干预研究，并以50例患者做对照。结果研究组与对照组相比较，BPRS中的总分及．1个因子减分值和NOSIE中的总估计分及5个因子减分值均有显著性差异。结论心理干预对康复期精神分裂症有较好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To probe the mental intervention method and it's curative effect on schizophreniacs during convalescence.Methods Using BPRS and NVSIE as quantity index,the effect of mental intervention was studied in 46 cases of patients (the study group),then comparing with the control group(50 Cases).Results There were significant differences in the BPRS total scores and it's 4 factors subscores,also in the NOISE total scores and it's 6 factors subscores.Conclusions Mental interventions have good curalive effect on schizophreniacs during the stage of recovery. |
