| 摘 要： | 目的对牙齿重度磨耗的老年人牙列缺损患者,用套筒冠义齿修复缺损并重建咬合,观察其临床效果。方法对11例患者先用临时性（牙合）垫义齿恢复其垂直距离,试戴3-6个月合适后改用圆锥型套筒冠义齿修复。结果31例患者100%感觉适应,固位力好,稳定舒适,咀嚼有力。结论对（牙合）重度磨耗的老年牙列缺损患者,套筒冠义齿可有效重建咬合,恢复咀嚼功能,改善面容。

| Abstract: | Objective For the elders who suffer from serious wear of their teeth, the dentist applies telescop crown denture, reconstructs the articulation and observes the effect. Method Altogether 11 patients take the temporary occlusal denture to resume its vertical distance. After 3-6 months＇ experiment circular telescop crown denture is applied for the repair. Result All the 11 patients feel great as for the adaptation, stability, and bite. Conclusion As for the serious wear of denture of the elders, telescop crown denture has effect on bite reconstruction, resumption, and facial look. |
