氟化物吸收与排泄的实验研究

摘    要:本研究以同一批志愿者为对象,先后观察了人体经皮肤、呼吸道和消化道接触氟化物后的吸收与排泄。结果提示,水中离子型氟化物不能经皮肤吸收;空气中氟靶物(包括气氟与尘氟)经呼吸道的吸收率均值为60.9%,95%可信区间为52.5~69.3%,并且该吸收率与呼吸频率呈负相关;饮水中氟化物经消化道的吸收率接近100%;膳食中氟化物经消化道吸收率均值为91%,95%可信区间为89.7~92.2%。每日总排氟量相当于每日总摄氟量的50%左右。我们认为这一比例与摄氟来源和摄氟量的大小无关。每日尿排氟量占总排氟比例受不同来源氟化物吸收率的影响,本实验条件下为78~91%。每日尿排氟量和每日每公斤体重体内保留氟量均与每日总摄氟量呈正相关,而不依赖于摄氟途径。提示无论经何种途径进入体内的氟化物,其代谢过程可能是一致的。

Abstract:Fluoride absorption and excretion were studied in a group of volunteers exposed to fluoride via different ways. Excerpts follow: Ionic fluoride in water can not be absorbed by skin.The percentage of atmospheric fluoride( including that of gaseous and particulate forms)absorbed by respiratory tract was 60.9%(with a 95% confidence region of 57.5-69.3%).It was negatively correlated to frequency of breath. The everage absorptivity of diet fluoride in digestive tract was;9.1% 95% fiducial interval 89.7-92.2%, and fluoride in drinking water was absorbed almost perfectly. About one half of total intake of fluoride was, eliminated each day. It was not associated with fluoride sources and quantity of intake. The proportion of urinary fluoride accounting for total eliminated fluoride was 78-91% under these experimental conditions. It was influenced by the variations of absorptivity of fluoride. Both urinary fluoride and body retention per Kg body weight correlated possitively with total intake, not depending on the, ways in which fluoride entered the body. These findings suggested that the metablism pro cesses of fluoride absorbed into the body in any ways may be coincident.
