溶组织内阿米巴滋养体的超微结构

摘    要:溶组织内阿米巴滋养体表面呈波浪状,伪足呈叶状,偶见球状。质膜外可见外被,质膜下偶见膜下颗粒。胞质内主要为营养细胞器与糖原颗粒。虫体有溶酶体与内质网,缺乏高尔基体和线粒体。在虫体分裂期常可见晶格状聚合多核糖体。

Abstract:The surface of Entamoeba histolytica trophozoite looked undulatory. The pseudopodia generally presented leaf-like appearance and occasionally appeared spherical. The cell coat was observed on the surplasmalemma. The subpellicular granules occasionally presented under the cytoplasmic membrane. The endoplasm mainly contained the nutritional organelles and glycogen granules. There were lysosomes and endoplasmic reticulum in endoplasm, but it lacked Golgi body and mitochondria. During the divided period, the lattice-like aggregation ribosomes were found in the cytoplasm.
