糖尿病视网膜病变的发病机制

摘    要:糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)是糖尿病的并发症之一,严重影响人类健康和生活质量。DR的发生和发展与生长因子过度表达、高血糖、高血压、血流动力学异常、糖基化蛋白终末产物、多元醇通路、遗传等诸多致病因素之间相互作用。文章对多元醇通路的增加、糖基化终末产物的过量生成、蛋白激酶C的激活、线粒体活性氧产生增多、免疫炎症因素、遗传因素及其他因素等糖尿病视网膜病变发病机制的多种假说加以综述。

Abstract:Diabetic retinopathy is one of the most serious complication of diabetes mellitus, which affects the health and quality of life seriously. Genesis and development of DR is related to interaction among many etiological factors,including over expressien of growth factor, hyperglycemia, hypertension, hemodynamic abnormality, end products of glycosylated protein, polyalcohol pathway, heredity and so on. This articles reviews many hypothesis about pathogenesis of diabetic refinopathy, such as the increation of polyalcohol pathway, overdose of end product of glyensylated protein, activation of protein kinase C, increased production of active oxygen of mitochondria, factors of immtme inflammation, heredity factors, any other factors and so on.
