摘    要:目的:探讨对于存在过小牙的牙列稀疏病例,如何提高正畸的质量,为后期的修复提供良好的条件。方法:先采用临时冠改变过小牙的形态,再行正畸关闭间隙,调整尖窝关系,待时机成熟行永久修复过小牙。结果:10例牙列稀疏患者(伴有14颗过小牙)均得到有效治疗后牙尖窝关系,过小牙的形态恢复,治疗效果令人满意。结论:对于伴有过小牙的牙列稀疏病例,先以临时冠恢复过小牙的外形,再行正畸治疗可有效提高矫正效果,有利于过小牙的永久修复。

Abstract:Objective:To explore more effective method of orthodontic-prosthetic treatment of the patients with sparse tooth and microdontia.Methods:At first,shape of the deformed microteeth were rebuil by provisional crowns.Then,space closure was closed by orthodontic treatment.Thirdly,occludsion relationship was adjusted.Then,whenever necessarily,shape of the deformed microteeth could be restored permanently.Results:10 patients with sparse toothscattered dentition(with 14 deformed microteeth)were treated effectively.Occlusion relationship and shape of the microteeth were rebuil validly.Conclusions:Orthodontic treatment combined with prosthetic treatment which restoredrebuilt shape of the deformed microteeth by provisional crowns is more effective for the patients with sparse toothscattered dentition and microdontia,because it is benefit to the permanent restoration of microdontia.
