外来民工学校家长预防接种知识及影响因素分析

目的了解外来民工子弟学校学生家长对儿童计划免疫的知识及其影响因素。方法对闵行区10个街道（镇）32所外来民工子弟学校幼儿园大班1282名学生家长进行问卷调查，采用SPSS13．0软件对数据进行描述性分析、单因素x。检验和多因素Logistic回归分析。结果家长对儿童时期必须接种的疫苗种类有一定了解，对疫苗所预防疾病的知识仍有待提高。不同文化程度及家庭收入（P〈0．00）的家长与预防接种知识知晓率之间有显著性差异。结论需针对外来民工学校家长文化程度低等特点开展针对性预防接种知识宣传。

Analysis on the Knowledge of Immunization and Influential Factors Among Parents in the School for Children of Migrant Workers

OBJECTIVE To know the knowledge of EPI and influential factors among parents in the school for children of migrant workers and provide basis for immunization service for migrant children in Minhang District. METHOD 1 282 parents in schools of migrant workers were investigated,, all data were handled by SPSS 13.0. RESULTS The knowledge of EPI among parents in the school for children, of migrant workers is still weak and factors analysis showed that education of parents and income of family were affecting factors of immunization. CONCLUSIONS According to the characteristic of floating children's mothers, the method of health education should be changed to increase the immunization awareness rote.
