| 摘 要： | 目的 :建立以高效液相色谱法测定肾康口服液中盐酸小檗碱含量的方法。方法 :色谱柱为NovapakC18,流动相为甲醇 -乙腈 -0 05mol/L磷酸二氢钠 (20∶35∶45) ,柱温为24℃ ,检测波长为346nm ,流速为1 0ml/min。结果 :盐酸小檗碱检测浓度在4.00～20.00μg/ml范围内线性关系良好 (r=0.9992) ,平均回收率为99.25 % (RSD=1 03 % ,n=6)。结论 :本方法简便、准确、重现性好 ,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To establish a HPLC method for determining the content of berberine hydrochloride in Shenkang oral liquid.METHODS:The separation column,Novapak C 18 column;mobile phase,methanol-acetonitrile-0.05mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate(20∶35∶45);column temperature,24℃;detecting wavelength,346nm;flow rate,1.0ml/min.RESULTS:The calibration curve of berberine hydrochloride was linear in the concentration range of4.00～20.00μg/ml(r=0.9992).The average recovery was99.25%(RSD=1.03%,n=6).CONCLUSION:This method is simple,accurate,repeatable and can be used for quality control of this preparation. |
