| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清新喋吟 (Neopterin ,Npt)水平与急性白血病的关系及临床意义。方法采用ELISA竞争法 ,检测 5 3例急性白血病患者和 32例对照的血清新喋呤水平。结果初发未治、复发难治急性白血病期患者Npt水平明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,治疗后达BMR的 8例随访患者血清Npt水平明显低于治疗前 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论检测血清新喋呤水平可作为判断急性白血病预后及疾病严重程度的一个有用指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical significance of the level of Neopterin(Npt) in acute leukemia. Methods The serum level of Neopterin was measured by ELISA in 53 acute leukemia. Results The level of Neopterin were significantly increased in previously untreated group ,refractory/relapse group of acute leukemia patients as compare with normal control(P<0.001) o The level of Neopterin were significantly decreased in bone marrow remission of acute leukemia patients compared with normal control(P<0.001).Conclusion Detecting the level of Neopterin were helpful in predicting the prognosis and observing the severity of acute leukemia. |
