| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨支原体性心肌损害时心肌酶谱在治疗前后的变化。方法：对142例心肌损害患儿根据支原体抗体检测，分为支原体性心肌损害组59例，非支原体性心肌损害组83例，分别检测各组心肌酶谱数值，用1．6-二磷酸果糖治疗后，再检测心肌酶谱进行比较分析。结果：支原体性心肌损害与非支原体性心肌损害，其心肌酶谱在治疗前后的变化明显，P〈0．01，但两组间无显著性差异，P〉0．05。结论：支原体与非支原体性心肌受损对果糖治疗均有效，两种损害对治疗敏感性无明显差异性。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the change of myocardial enzyme tree of myocardium injury result from mycoplasm after treatment.Methods:142 cases were collected blood to check myocardial enzyme tree,the cases were assigned into two groups ,the mycoplasm pathogenic injury group is test group,59 cases ,the no mycoplasm injury group is control group,83 cases.
