针灸治疗时机对Bell＇s面瘫疗效的影响

目的：探讨针灸在Bell＇s面瘫治疗过程中的最佳时机。方法：根据158例Bell＇s面瘫患者接受针灸治疗时期的不同,将其分为急性期组、静止期组和恢复期组3组,观察3组患者在针灸治疗3个疗程后的临床疗效。结果：急性期组的痊愈加显效率为90.54%,明显优于静止期组的82.54%和恢复期组的61.91%（P〈0.05）,前者的治疗次数明显少于后两者（P〈0.05）。结论：Bell＇s面瘫急性期针灸治疗效果最好。

Effect of the opportunity of acupuncture therapy on the curative effect of Bell''''s facial paralysis

Objective:To seek the optimal opportunity of acupuncture therapy in the treatment of Bell's facial paralysis.Methods:According to the different stages of acupuncture therapy for Bell's facial paralysis,158 patients with Bell's facial paralysis were divided into acute stage group,stationary stage group and convalescent stage group,the clinical curative effects were observed after 3 coures of treatment.Results:The cured-markedly effective rate was 90.54% in the acute stage group,significantly better than 82.54% in the stationary stage group and 61.91% in the convalescent stage group(P<0.05).The frequency of treatment for obtaining the cured-marked effect in the acute stage group was significantly less than that in the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture therapy for Bell's facial paralysis at acute stage has the best curative effect.
