胃病与幽门弯曲菌及舌苔观察

应用尿素酶试验、革兰氏染色、细菌培养三种方法,对135例慢性胃炎、胃溃疡患者进行了幽门螺杆菌(HP)检测,并观察HP与舌苔的关系。结果表明:HP阳性患者,黄苔发生率为81.7%,而阴性患者黄苔为32.3%(P<0.001),HP数量越多,黄苔发生率亦越高。随着中药清降3HP,黄苔亦随之消退。黄苔可作为HP感染的间接观察指标。

Gastrosis,helicobacter pylori and examination of togngue coating

We had adopted thee thre method of carbamide enzyme.Gram′s staining and the culture of bacteria for the detection of Helico-bacter pylori in 135 cases of chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer and hadobserved the reltations between Hpylori and tongue coating Study showedthat incidence of yellow coating in 81.7% of H pylori positive patientsand in 32.3% of H pylori negative patients(P<0.001)and the more is Hpylori quantily the higher is incidence of yellow coating.The yellowcoating was faded away along with using chinese medicinal herbs toeradicate H pylori.This study suggested the yellow coating may be regarded as indirect observing index of H pylori infection.
