文拉法新与劳拉西泮治疗广泛性焦虑症的比较

目的比较文拉法新与劳拉西泮的抗焦虑疗效和不良反应。方法72例符合CCMD-3诊断标准的广泛性焦虑症患者随机分为两组,分别给予文拉法新与劳拉西泮治疗6周。采用汉米乐顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评定临床疗效,副作用量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果治疗6周,文拉法新组与劳拉西泮组有效率差异无显著性(文拉法新组有效率77.14%,劳拉西泮组为78.37%,P>0.05),文拉法新组不良反应以恶心、口干、头痛等较多,劳拉西泮组不良反应以头昏、嗜睡、乏力、震颤等多见,文拉法新组出现的不良反应比劳拉西泮组少且轻。结论文拉法新和劳拉西泮治疗广泛性焦虑疗效相当,不良反应较小。

A controlled study of venlafaxine and lorazepam in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder

Objective: To compared the anti-anxiety effect and side effect of Venlafaxine and Lorazepam.Methods: 72cases who met the CCMD-3 criteria for generalized anxiety disorder(GAD) were divided into two groups randomly,treated with Venlafaxine and Lorazepam respectively for 6 weeks.Both groups were tested with Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS) to assess the thepapeutic efficacy and side effect respectively.Results:Venlafaxine was as effective as lorazepam for the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder(P>0.05),there was no obvious difference between two groups in significant improvement rate(P>0.05).But Venlafaxine produced fewer of menstruation than lorazepam.The major side effect caused by Venlafaxine was vomit,thirsty,headache and the Lorazepam's side effect was dizzy,sleepy,weak and quake.Conclusion:Venlafaxine is as effective as lorazepam for the theatment of generalized anxiety disorder,and has fewer side effect.
