| 摘 要： | 痛风是由于体内嘌呤代谢障碍、尿酸生成过多或/和尿酸排泄减少,致血中尿酸浓度增高所引起的一组异质性疾病。临床上以高尿酸血症、特征性急性关节炎反复发作、痛风结形成为特点,严重者可致关节畸形及功能障碍、急性梗阻性肾病或痛风性肾病。西药有促进尿酸排泄、抑制尿酸生成及抗炎镇痛等不同作用,但多数药物的副作用较大,不宜长期服用,较难控制复发。中医药治疗痛风有着一定的优势,尤其在慢性缓解期稳定降尿酸和防止关节为复发方面具有较好作用。
