运动对青年人骨密度的影响

摘    要:目的探讨运动对青年人骨密度的影响。方法采用美国LUNAR公司生产的DPX—MD型双能X线骨密度仪对海口地区20~39岁468名青年人(男233名,女235名)进行腰椎和髋部骨密度测量,并依据是否爱好从事业余体育运动分组。结果男性运动组骨密度比非运动组明显增高,有显著性差异,女性运动组骨密度比非运动组也有增高且有差异。结论体育运动对青年人的骨密度增高具有重要作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence of physical training on bone mineral density(BMD) of young people. Methods A total of 468 young individuals (233 males and 235 females) in Haikou were randomly selected to take AP view of X-ray of L2-4 to measure the Dual-energy X-ray bone mineral density (BMD). They were divided into exercising group and non-exercising group. Results The BMD was significantly higher in males in the exercising group than that of the non-exercising group. The BMD was also significantly higher in males in the exercising group than that of the non-exercising group. Conelusions Physical training has significant influence on the increase of BMD in young people.
