摘    要:At present , it is an ordinary existing problem in thewhole world that nursing staff runs off . Abstract:Objective To investigate and analyze the relative factors that influence contracted nurses to resign initiatively. Methods 234 contracted nurses in a Grade three class A hospital were investigated with self-designed questionnaire. Results There were significant deviation in contracted nurses with different marriage state and professional title., the intention of resignation is higher in unmarried contracted nurse with having no high professional title than in married contracted nurses with the high professional title. Conclusions In order to reduce the running off the contracted nurse, improve the nurse working satisfaction and the human resources management , it is necessary that the leaders of hospital should show much consideration for the contracted nurses ,especially in their family lives, professional title ,position and so on.
