内科学临床见习课双语教学方式的可行性探讨

摘    要:目的探讨五年制本科内科学临床见习课双语教学方式的可行性。方法507名五年制本科学生分为两组,混语教学组256名,单语教学组251名,通过问卷调查及课堂考试成绩评价双语教学的可行性和必要性。结果两组分数比较有显著差异性(P<0.01),两组学生绝大部分认为有必要开设双语教学;混语教学组认为学时适宜或较多高于单语教学组(P<0.01);混语教学组学生能够听懂80%以上的内容高于单语教学组(P<0.01);大多数学生对课堂满意;混语教学组学生认为双语教学有利于他们对内科医学知识的学习高于单语教学组(P均<0.01);两组学生要求以汉语为主讲解约占将近一半。结论内科学临床见习课双语教学符合学生的主观需求,以混语方式进行教学能更好地改善学生的英语现状,学习效果更好。

Abstract:Objective To investigate relationship of the effect and the mode of bilingual teaching in clinical noviciate in internal medicine.Methods 507 clinical medical undergraduates were randomly divided into two groups,256 in chinese-english group(group A), english-oriented group(group B) were 251,the effect of teaching were evaluated by questionnaire and class-living test.Results To the result of class-living test, group A were 76.3+9.8 and group B were 64.7+11.4, there were significantly different in two groups (P<0.01). Most students in both two groups approve the bilingual teaching,students in group A agree that the course time was in order and could be cut down(P<0.01); 2.4 % students of group A and 1.21 % students of group B were learn through the teaching,73.20 % students of group A and 54.82% students of group B could understand over 80 % of what were teaching, 24.4 % students of group A and 43.87 % students of group B could understand less than 60 % of what were teaching,there were significantly different in two groups( all P<0.01); most of the two groups students were satisfied with the teaching; 23.20 % students of group A and 8.50 % students of group B agree that bilingual teaching could do help in their professional knowledge study, 52.0% students of group A and 35.08 % students of group B show that bilingual teaching weren`t affact their study;24.80 % students of group A and 56.42 % students of group B show that bilingual teaching didn't benefit their study,there were significantly different in two groups(P<0.01); about half of two groups students approve chinese-oriented teaching.Conclusion Bilingual teaching in internal clinical noviciate was according to the requirement by the students, chinese-english combine teaching may be good for student`s study at present situation. 【
