| 摘 要： | 目的制备脑血康分散片并测定其抗凝血酶活性。方法采用水提醇沉法提取水蛭浸膏,以微晶纤维素作为主要辅料制备脑血康分散片,采用凝血酶滴定法测定其抗凝血酶活性。结果所制备的脑血康分散片抗凝血酶活性为23.3~29.2 U/片。结论该制剂工艺简单、操作方便;凝血酶滴定法简单且准确,可作为脑血康分散片质量控制的一个指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To prepare Naoxuekang dispersible tablets and determine their antithrombase activity.Method The extracta sicca from Hirudo was extracted with water and depositing with alcohol,and microcrystalline cellulose（MCC）was used as the main excipient to prepare dispersible tablets.The antithrombase activity of Naoxuekang dispersible tablets was determined by the thrombin titration.Results The antithrombase activity is 23.3-29.2 U per tablet.Conclusion The preparation technology is simple and convenient.The thrombin titration is easy and accurate,which can be used as an index in the quality control of Naoxuekang dispersible tablets. |
