| 摘 要： | 调查西安市无偿献血者梅毒感染状况。方法：用ELISA法对2006-2010年西安市159902名无偿献血者进行梅毒抗体检测，并将献血人群按性别、年龄等进行分组，采用X^2检验对梅毒抗体检测及分组结果进行分析。结果：159 902名无偿献血者中，梅毒抗体阳性508例，感染率为0．31％，男女感染的概率无明显的差异，30～50岁年龄段的梅毒感染率最高。结论：西安市2006-2010年无偿献血者梅毒抗体阳性率有一定的波动，但没有出现明显的上升或下降的趋势。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the syphilis infection in voluntary blood donors in Xi’an area.Methods: A total of 159 902 voluntary blood donors from 2006 to 2010 were tested for syphilis antibodies by ELISA in Xi’an area.According to sex or age,blood donors were grouped and syphilis results were analyzed by χ2 test.Results: There were 508 cases of syphilis in 159 902 voluntary blood donors,and the infection rate was 0.31%.There was no significant difference in the probability of infection in men and women.The highest prevalence age stage of syphilis was 30 to 50 ages group.Conclusion: The rates of voluntary blood donors for syphilis have some fluctuations(with no significance) in Xi’an area from 2006 to 2010. |
