| 摘 要： | 目的：分析气管成形术后发生再狭窄的原因,探讨针对再狭窄的处理措施。方法：对2000年1月～2009年1月30例行气管成形术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,对其中发生再狭窄的30例患者采取不同的手术方法,分析治疗效果,总结治疗体会。结果：氩等离子体凝固术加腔内冷冻等方法对气道再狭窄疗效显著。结论：肉芽组织增生是发生良性再狭窄的主要原因,癌肿浸润是发生恶性再狭窄的主要原因;针对患者具体病情采取综合治疗才能有效防治再狭窄。

| Abstract: | Objective：To analyze the reasons of recurrent tracheal stenosis after tracheoplasty and to investigate the treatment measures to recurrent tracheal stenosis.Methods：The data of the patients with tracheoplasty from January 2000 to January 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.30 cases of them accepted different treatment methods according to their dis ease.The treatment results were analyzed and the operation experience was summarized.Results：Argon plasma solidified operation and transluminal freezing had significant curative effect for recurrent tracheal stenosis.Conclusion：Granulation tissue hyperplasia is the main reason of benign recurrent tracheal stenosis,carcinoma infiltrative is the main reason of ma lignant recurrent tracheal stenosis.Combined therapy according to patients＇ disease can control recurrent tracheal stenosis effectively. |
