| 摘 要： | 适应国家和社会的实际需求，培养熟练掌握临床医学理论、知识和技能，适合基层工作的高质量毕业生，是省属医学院校临床医学专业教学改革的关键和目标。为了探索临床医学专业教育的新模式，济宁医学院立足实际，进行了系统的改革和探索，取得了一定的效果。

| Abstract: | Clinical medical education must adapt to the needs of the society. It is also a key that cultivating high quality graduates who are able to master clinical knowledge so as to be suitable to the work at basic level. For exploring the new model of clinical medical education for the 21st century we insist "three requirements", based on practice,and carry on systematic reform for which the significant effect has been achieved. |
