对新发与再发媒介传播疾病及其控制的回顾和建议

目的回顾近年来新发和再发的媒介传播疾病并对媒介生物控制中存在的问题及其应对措施提出建议。方法对几种新发和再发媒介传播疾病的流行趋势及其在媒介生物控制中存在的问题与应对措施进行论述。结果环境恶化及交通与物流的便捷为媒介生物繁殖、传播、扩散提供了便利条件；媒介节肢动物对各类杀虫剂产生不同程度的抗药性,以及媒介监测控制资源系统的薄弱,使原有的媒介传播疾病再度爆发,新的媒介传播疾病不断出现,加大了媒介传播疾病的防治难度。结论采取综合措施控制媒介生物势在必行。

The review and suggestion on the emerging and re-emerging vector-borne infectious diseases and the control of vectors of public health importance

Objective To review the emerging and re-emerging situation of vector-borne infectious diseases in recent years;give some suggestions and countermeasures on the control of important vectors.Methods The prevalence trend of vector-borne diseases,the problem of vector control and the related countermeasures were discussed respectively.Results The worsening environment,the convenient traffic and the increasing trade make vectors breed,spread more easily;the vector resistance to many kinds of insecticides and the weakening surveil lance and control system result in the re-outbreak of the original vector-borne diseases,the emerging and re-emerging of new infectious diseases;the prevention and control get more difficult.Conclusion It is in- evitable to take the meaningful measures to keep the vectors under control.
