| 摘 要： | 观察了应用脑活素治疗急性 CO 中毒44例,探讨了异常 EEG 变化与迟发性脑病的关系。结果表明:脑活素治疗组比对照组迟发性脑病患病率显著降低(P<0.05),且与脑电图恢复密切相关(P<0.05),也与急性期昏迷时间长短密切相关(P<0.05)。提示:在 CO 中毒急性期大剂量脑活素、配合常压下给氧治疗,能有效地缩短昏迷时间,使异常脑电图得到相应改善,对预防迟发性脑病有一定临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | 44 cases of acute carbon monoxide poisoning treated with oerebrolysin were obseeved and the relationship between EEG changes and delayed encephalopathy was exploredThe results showed that delayed encepha lopathy incidence of subjects treated with cerebrolysin was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<005)and closely retaled to EEG recovery(P<005) and coma time during acute period(P<005)suggesting that a large dosage of cerebrolysin in acute period of carbon monoxide poisoning,together with oxpgen, shoryens coma time,improves EEG and prevents delayed eneephalopathy. |
