| 摘 要： | 目的:评价激光汽化联合骨盆牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:选89例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为激光组和观察组。激光组43例,给予经皮激光椎间盘汽化减压及常规护理;观察组46例,除给予经皮激光椎间盘汽化减压及常规护理外,术后第1天开始配合床边骨盆牵引等干预。对两组进行疗效对比。结果:激光组优6例,良12例,可14例,差11例;观察组优11例,良20例,可11例,差4例。观察组与激光组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:激光汽化联合骨盆牵引能产生更大的椎间盘内负压,促使外突的椎间盘组织还纳,治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著,无不良反应,且安全有效,操作简便。
