| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤的手术及修复方法,以求得最佳疗效及效果。方法:我们应用手术治疗了18例隆突性纤维肉瘤患者,并对手术修复方式进行探讨。结果:18例患者术后均一期愈合,进行了3～5年的随访观察。除2例失访外,均无复发,且原皮损处都较好地恢复正常皮肤外观,患者十分满意。取得了理想的治疗和美容效果。结论:隆突性纤维肉瘤的治疗,将肿瘤彻底切除是治疗的关键。修复方法的选择,应根据肿瘤部位和患者状况,选择不同的修复方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the surgical repair method of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans(DFSP).Methods:We analyzed the surgical excision and repair methods in 18 patients with DFSP.Results:All patients recovered in first intention.After 3-5 years follow up,all cases except 2 lost contaction had no recurrence.They also were satisfied with their aesthetic appearance results.Conclusion:For the treatment of DFSP,the complete excision of tumor was critical.The special characteristics of physiology and pathology of the DFSP determined the complexity of excision and repair. |
