| 摘 要： | 目的 :总结甲状腺功能亢进症 (甲亢 )的围手术期观察和护理经验。方法 :回顾性分析 2 82例甲亢手术患者的临床资料。结果 :全组无手术死亡及甲状腺危象发生 ,术后伤口出血和一过性甲状旁腺功能低下各 1例。结论 :围手术期观察和护理水平的提高可明显减少甲亢手术的并发症

| Abstract: | Objective To sum marize the experience of the perioperative observation and nursing for the surgical treatment of hyperthyroidism.Methods The clinical data of 2 82 patients undergoing subtotal thyroidectomy were analyzed retrospectively.Results There was no mortality and thyroid crisis.One patients developed postoperative bleeding,and one had transienthypeoparathyroidism.Conclusion The improvement of the perioperative observation and nursing is able to decrease remarkablely the implications of the surgical treatmentof hyperthroidism. |
