加速康复外科在老年结肠癌患者围手术期中的应用

目的探讨加速康复外科技术应用于老年结肠癌患者围手术期的效果及安全性。方法选取29例老年结肠癌患者作为加速康复外科（FTS）组,以同期收治的32例老年结肠癌患者为对照组,分别采用FTS措施及传统方法行围手术期处理,比较两组患者的术后肛门排气排便时间、术后住院时间、住院总费用及术后并发症发生率。结果两组均无死亡病例。FTS组患者肛门排气、排便时间明显早于对照组（P〈0.01）,术后住院天数及住院总费用亦明显低于对照组（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）,两组患者的术后并发症发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 FTS措施应用于老年结肠癌患者围手术期是安全有效的,可加快患者术后的恢复,减少住院费用,且不增加术后并发症发生率。

The Clinical Application of Fast Track Surgery in Perioperative Management of Elderly Patients with Colon Cancer

Objective To study the valuation and safety of fast track surgery on perioperative treatment of elderly patients with colon cancer.Methods 61 elderly patients with colon cancer were selected and divided into fast track surgery（FTS）groups（n=29）and conventional perioperative care group（control group,n=32）.The recovery of gastro-intestinal function,postoperative hospital stay,hospitalization expenditure,and postoperative complication rate were compared between these two groups.Results No hospital death occurred in both groups.The time until first passage of gas or fecal by anus in FTS group were significant shorter than those in control group（P〈0.01）.Postoperative stay and hospitalization expenditure were obviously decreased in FTS group than control group（P〈0.01 and P〈0.05,respectively）.However,there was no significant difference in postoperative complication rate between FTS group and control group（P〉0.05）.Conclusion FTS can accelerate postoperative rehabilitation and will not increase postoperative complication rate of elderly patients with colon cancer.
