| 摘 要： | 目的观察碘甘油明胶海绵治疗下颌急性智牙冠周炎的临床效果。方法选择门诊160例下颌智牙冠周炎患者，随机分为两组，每组80例，治疗组在智牙龈袋内置入碘甘油明胶海绵，对照组给予碘甘油。结果两组有效率分别为91．25％和68．75％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论碘甘油明胶海绵治疗下颌急性智牙冠周炎效果显著，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of iodine glycerin - gelatin sponge on patients with pericoronitis of the third molar. Methods 160 cases with pericoronitis of the third molar were selected and randomly divided into two groups. 80 eases were treated by putting iodine glycerin- gelatin sponge into a gingival pocket of the third molar as the experimental group, while the other 80 cases were treated with iodine glycerin as the control group. Results The effective rate in the experimental group was 91.25% while that of the control group was 68.75 %. Conclusion The iodine glycerin - gelatin sponge is effective for treatment of patients with pericoronitis of the third molar. |
