温肾利气法针药并治慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期对患者肺功能影响的临床研究

目的:研究温肾利气法对慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期患者的临床疗效及其对肺功能的影响。方法:将150例符合慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)诊断标准,属于缓解期的病人随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组75例,治疗组采用温肾利气法针灸治疗和口服中药,对照组采用温肾利气法中药口服,12天为1疗程,疗程间隔休息3天,共治3个疗程。结果:治疗组在治疗前后肺功能的数值比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:温肾利气法可提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的肺功能。

Clinincal Study on Effect of Lung-Fuction of Patiants with COPD in Remission Stage Treated by Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combining with Chinese Herbs For Warming Kidney-yang and Regulating Qi

Objective:To study on effect of lung-fuction of patiants with COPD in remission stage treated by acupuncture and moxibustion combining with Chinese herbs for warming kidney-yang and regulating Qi.Methods:150 cases with COPD in remission stage were divided into 2 groups.In the treatment group,75 cases were treated by acupuncture and moxibustion combining with Chinese herbs for warming Kidney-yang and regulating Qi.In the control group,75 cases were treated by Chinese herbs.12 days as one course,totally 3 courses.Results:Lung-fuction of patiants of the treatment group had significant difference after treatment.Conclusion:The method of warming kidney-yang and regulating qi can promote the lung-fuction of patiants with COPD in remission stage.
