中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病性骨质疏松症32例

目的观察糖脉康颗粒联合阿仑膦酸钠片治疗2型糖尿病性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法将62例2型糖尿病并骨质疏松症患者随机分为2组。对照组30例采用阿仑膦酸钠片治疗,每日早晨空腹服用10 mg。治疗组32例在对照组治疗基础上加用糖脉康颗粒治疗,5 g/次,3次/d。2组均20周为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察骨密度及临床疗效。结果2组治疗后骨密度比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;治疗组总有效率96.88%,对照组总有效率83.33%,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论糖脉康颗粒联合阿仑膦酸钠片对2型糖尿病性骨质疏松症有显著的疗效。

Clinical observation of integrated traditional and western medicine in treatment of 32 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus with osteoporosis

Objective To observe the clinical effects of combination of Tangmaikang and alendronate in type 2 diabetes mellitns with osteoporosis. Methods 62 type 2 diabetes mellitus with osteoporosis were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the control group （ n = 30） were given alendronate 10mg, po, qd. Patients in the treatment group （ n = 32） was given alendronate combined with Tangmaikang 5g, po, rid. After 20 weeks, the bone mineral density （BMD） and effects were observed and compared simultaneously. Results There was significant difference between two groups in bone mineral density （BMD） （ P 〈 0.01 ）.The total effective rate in the treatment group （96. 88% ） was higher than that in control group （83.33 %, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Combination of Tangnmikang and alendronate showed obvious effects in type 2 diabetes mellitus with osteoporosis.
