摘    要:目的 :探讨全麻状态下与清醒状态下对病人行导尿术有无差异。方法 :将 12 0例神经外科病人随机分为两组 ,对照组在麻醉前病人清醒时行导尿术 ,实验组在麻醉后导尿。导尿时记录两组心率、血压 ;用相差镜观察导尿后尿液内红细胞形态的变异 ,鉴别红细胞性质 ,根据非肾小球性红细胞阳性率确定尿道黏膜损伤率。结果 :实验组与对照组比较 ,2项差异均有高度显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :为减少术前导尿导致的病人不适和尿道黏膜损伤 ,宜选择在麻醉后行导尿术。

Abstract:Objective : To observe the difference between the catheterization on the patient with consciousness and general anesthesia . Method : 120 neurosurgery patients were randomly divided into two groups. The catheterization was completed before the anesthesia for the control group,and after the anesthesia for the experimental group.The heart rate and blood pressure were recorded. The variation and the character of red blood cell's (RBC) in the urine were distinguished under the phase contrast microscopy after the catheterization. The proportion of the urethral mucomembranous injure was defined by the positiveness rate of the non glomerular R B C. Result :The urethral mucomembranous injure was significantly different between two groups ( P <0.01) . Conclusion : The catheterization should be taken after the anesthesia for reducing uncomfortable of the preoperative patients and injury of the urethral mucomembrane.
