| 摘 要： | 目的通过护理干预提高脊柱侧弯患儿父母的心理应激能力。方法采用症状自评量表评定法（SCL-90）对40例脊柱侧弯患儿父母的心理状态进行调查，并与对照组和全国常模进行比较。结果脊柱侧弯患儿父母SCL-90的躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖明显高于对照组和全国常模。结论早期了解患儿父母的心理状态，并通过护理干预提高其心理应激能力，对患儿的治疗、护理效果有着重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the psychological capacity of the parents of infants with scoliosis to cope with psychological stress by implementing nursing interventions.Methods The psycho- logical conditions of 40 parents of infants with scoliosis were assessed using the Symptom Check- list-90(SCL-90)and compared with the control group and the national norm.Results Compared with those of the control group and the national norm,the SCL-90 scores for somatization,de- pression,anxiety and horror of the parents were significantly increased.Conclusion Understand- ing of the early-stage psychological condition of the parents of infants with scoliosis and improve- ment of their psychological capacity to cope with stress by nursing interventions may significantly improve the clinical outcome of the treatment and nursing of the infants. |
