| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨多参数的形态定量分析对胃癌及胃良性病变的鉴别价值.方法:利用HMIAS-2000医学图文分析测量系统,对20例慢性胃炎及45例胃癌的组织病理学切片中的腺上皮细胞细胞核进行多参数的形态测定.结果:在22个形态定量参数中,12项胃良性病变与胃癌有显著统计学差异(P<0.01),3项有统计学差异(P<0.05),7项无统计学差异(P>0.05).结论:多参数的形态计量揭示了胃癌与胃良性病变的细胞核形态学计量特征,对辅助鉴别诊断具有一定的意义. |
