| 摘 要： | 随着我国社会人口老龄化进程的加剧,做好老年人的医疗卫生服务工作将关系到将来的社会稳定和经济的顺利发展.加速老年医学教育与人才培养是老年医学发展的重要基础和迫切需求.分析老年医学教育需要解决的重要问题、总结老年医学学科的教学特点,并提出我国老年医学教育发展的新模式、新理念,以多元化创新型教育模式培养老年医学人才,这些都是对老年医学教育工作者的巨大挑战.

| Abstract: | With the Chinese social aging progress accelerated, geriatric medicine, as a burgeoning subject of medical science, is of momentous significance for China＇ s social development and stability and one important aspect of medical practice. It is very important to analyze the significant problem of geriatric medicine development needing to solve, and summarizing the subject characters for geriat- ric medicine in China in order to put forward in the development of new pattern and new principle and to improve geriatric medicine ed- ucation. This is a huge challenge for Chinese geriatric doctors and teaching staff. |
