教学模具联合情景教学法在妇产科临床能力培养中的应用

摘    要:临床实践教学是培养合格医学生的重要环节。随着患者自我保护意识的增强,直接以患者为对象进行医学生临床技能训练的传统临床实践教学面临着严峻考验。医学教学模具解决了技能训练资源短缺的矛盾,但局限于教学模具的技能培训容易忽视临床诊疗思维。文章尝试将教学模具联合情景教学法运用于妇产科临床能力培训,并就其在实习教学和考核中应用过程、结果分析等作了一个较为全面的阐述,旨在探索一条可操作性强、高效的妇产科实习培训新方法。

Abstract:The clinical skill training is vital to medical education. With the enhanced self-protection awareness of the patient,the traditional model of clinical medical education is facing a severe test. This paper investigates the significance of medical simulation teaching in clinical education,introduces the method of application the teaching models and the situational approach of teaching in obstetrics and gynaecology skill training,which has significantly improved on both operating ability and clinical thinking in making a diagnosis and treatment.
