摘    要:教育测量学是实现教育规范化、科学化、现代化的重要指导理论之一。教育测量的重要性早已受到广大教育管理工作者的重视,自觉应用教育测量学理论与方法科学地指导教学实践仍然是一个有待解决的问题。教学测量在课程考核中的主要目的是获取学生学习效果有效的、可靠的、有用的信息。通过建立健全各级考试管理机构,规范考试工作流程,加强考试机构人员的培训、试题库的建设及课程考核结果分析等一系列工作以保证教学测量的可靠性和公正有效性。

Using teaching measurement in the assessment of medical courses

Abstract:It is one of the important guiding theory for teaching measurement in order to accomplish the standardization and scientific, modernized education. The importance of teaching measurement has already been brought to the attention of the general education man- agement workers. However, it is still an open problem for applying teaching measurement theory and method to guide teaching prac- tice, consciously. The main purpose is to gain the effective, reliable and useful information about students' learning in the course of examination for teaching measure. It is reliable in the effectiveness and fairness for education measurement, by establishing the exam management departments at different levels, standardizing exam workflow, enhancing the personnel training, database construction, an- alyzing examination results and so on,
