| 摘 要： | 为培养学生分析问题、解决问题的能力,根据营养学应用性强的特点,在临床医学专业营养学教学中引入案例教学法,结果显示对照组（传统教学法）和实验组（案例教学法）学生的营养学理论知识掌握情况无差别,但实验组学生的临床营养案例综合分析和解决问题的能力更胜一筹。

| Abstract: | In order to cultivate students＇ ability of case analysis,case teaching method was applied in the course of nutriology. The results show the case teaching method can improve clinical students＇ ability of case analysis and problem-solving compared with traditional teaching model. |
