医科大学生朋辈心理辅导员持证上岗的实践探索

为弥补高校专业心理咨询师的不足,根据国家劳动和社会保障部的规定,依托医学院校的优势,进行的大学生朋辈心理辅导员“持证上岗”的有益探索。通过宣传、发动、组织、选拔和考试,培训“持证上岗”的大学生朋辈心理辅导员。以460名学生为被试,采用SCL-90身心症状自评量表,通过纵向（辅导前—辅导后）或横向（被试组—非被试组）的比较,表明大学生朋辈心理辅导员持证上岗后作用很显著。

Exploration and practice of certification prior to work for peer counselor in medical colleges

In order to remedy the deficiency of university professional counselors,according to the provisions of the State Department of Labor and Social Security,relying on the advantage of medical colleges,we made useful exploration into the licensed peer counseling.Through publicity,organization,selection and examination,college students were trained and licensed as peer counselors. 460students were studied with SCL-90 scale of physical and mental symptoms. Longitudinal（ before-after counseling） or lateral（ subjects- non subjects） comparisons indicated that peer counseling was effective.
