案例式立体教学法在留学生耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学中的构建与实践

摘    要:目的:探讨案例式立体教学法(CTTM)在留学生耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学中的构建与实践意义。方法:随机选取留学生2008级为对照组(45人)采取传统LBL教学法;2009级为实验组(47人)采取CTTM教学方法施教。教学结束后通过考试和问卷两种方法进行教学效果评估。结果:实验组考试成绩总分和病例分析分数明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P〈0.05),实验组学生对教学方法的满意度和综合分析能力的评价良好率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:CTTM能提高留学生耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学教学效果,并提高留学生学生分析和解决临床问题的能力,提高学习成绩和临床基本技能。

Constructi on and practice of three-dimensional case teaching method in Otolaryngology-Head and neck surgery of student abroad

Abstract:Objective: Explore the importance of construction and practice of three-dimensional case teaching method in OtolaryngologyHead and neck surgery of student abroad. Methods: We divided the students into two groups: the grade 2008 students abroad as the control group( LBL),2009 students abroad as the experimental group( CTTM). The teaching effect was evaluated by examination and questionnaire method after teaching. Results: The experimental group( CTTM) examination score and analysis score was higher than the control group( LBL)( P〈0. 05). the experimental group( CTTM) satisfaction on teaching method and self assessment of good rate was higher than the control group( LBL)( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: CTTM can improve the students abroad of Otolaryngology-Head and neck surgery teaching,improve ability of student' analysis and solving clinical problem.
