| 摘 要： | 医学高职院校实训中心是学校实践教学体系实施的重要场所,是医学高职院校人才培养重要的物质载体。从职业文化视角下,对医学高职院校实训中心的建设进行思考,并从仿真化设施建设、制度和行为规范、行（企）业文化融入等方面进行了实践层面探索。

| Abstract: | Training centers in higher medical occupational college are not only important for practical skills training, but also are physi- cal locations of talent training. From the perspective of occupational culture, we reviewed the efforts we made to improve the training center. We made efforts in the areas that involves simulation equipments, code of conduct and cultural synergy between industry and academia. |
